Update on mentoring a business expansion programme.

I have been working with an ambitious business owner looking to substantially grow his business. Since our last session where we looked at long term objectives, staffing and man management challenges, I am delighted to say there has been considerable progress. Staff satisfaction and self confidence has increased, all in all a good outcome for reinforcing the validity of the plan. Critical path routes to goals have become clearer with priorities clarifying the practical issues to be tackled before our next session.

He now has additional staff who reflect his priorities and motivation. These resilient teams have resulted in a doubling of turnover.

I am pleased to say Martin is delighted and is far further along his ambitious path than he expected to be.
